J Ram Webs L.L.C. is a web design and digital services company located in Lansing, Michigan, USA.
3. Services
J Ram Webs L.L.C. offers professional web design and related digital services, including but not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Website redesigns
- Website maintenance and support retainer plans
- Consultation and strategy
All services are subject to a separate Web Design Service Agreement or Maintenance Retainer Agreement, which governs the specific terms of each engagement.
4. Pricing & Payment
Our flat-rate service plans are as follows:

- All prices are in USD
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion before launch
- Pricing is subject to change without notice, but will not change for active, signed agreements
5. Bookings & Appointments
Booking requests made through our website are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed engagement. A project is only confirmed upon:
- Execution of a signed Web Design Service Agreement, AND
- Receipt of the non-refundable deposit
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of J Ram Webs L.L.C. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from J Ram Webs L.L.C.
For client project deliverables, intellectual property transfer is governed by the signed Copyright & IP Transfer Agreement executed between J Ram Webs L.L.C. and the Client.
7. User Conduct
When using this website or communicating with J Ram Webs L.L.C., you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
- Use our contact forms or booking tools for spam or solicitation
